I hate MTV commercials on MTV... they're annoying as all hell... the ones i hate the most are the 'life imitates music' commercial. as a music station they of all people should realize that that statement is fucking retarded. music comes from life, life doesn't follow music. stupid ass shit man.

I refuse to watch MTV canada, simply because I think it's disgusting to do so when we have a fine music channel known as Muchmusic. Doesn't mean that I'm above downloading episodes of Jackass, but the entire concept of MTV Canada just seems wrong to me.

MTV used to be cool, but now I just watch it if there's absolutely nothing on, and I'm bored to death. I usually end up hating any song that ends up as a music video on MTV just cuz it lets me know that the artist just got paid a hella lot of money for a crummy music video that only gets showed on like trl or sometimes at 5:00 in the morning.

Yeah, when I travel I usually get MTV so I get to watch it. It seems to have some cool shows like Jackass (for sure) cibs and diaries (not sure) I dont know the VJs though.

MTV is 590 for me... MTV2 is 591... I really only watch it for music video's during the day when there's not much else on, Jackass, Tom Green Show, and when I'm really bored - that frat show is kinda ok... the real world has it's moments too.

i don't get much music here - (well, i get it, my dad just doesn't subscribe too it)... we don't get much, much more, bet, but we get MTV and MTV2... and those who say that MTV sucks 'cause they hardly play music video's anymore - what the hell do you think MTV2 is for? 24 hours of music videos with minimal commerical breaks... sure they hardly play ANY good punk, but they got some good hip-hop on almost all the time.
