Replying to war = last option

I was in Manhattan wrapping up a business trip the Friday right before 9/11. Once back in Chicago, I remember listening to my (aunt and) uncle describe from his apartment the sights and sounds right after the planes hit. I also remember him telling me about evacuating in a rush and the ash that was throughout their apartment (surely with some dna) when they returned.

I don't like war. Killing is wrong. So, live your life well, because good men and women died for you and the freedom your country provides you with.

Speak your mind, and be sure to make the world a better place..just don't talk smack. Do something good with those brains of yours.

Rest assured soldiers pray for peace and hate war. And remember when somebody physically threatens to harm your family, think back to this post.

Who's gonna step up when YOUR family is on the line? You will, because it's the right thing to do.
