ok it hurts just to let u kno and it will leave a mark for a bit like a week...but u put salt on a part of your arm and cover it with an ice cube preferably a bigger one.ok see how long u can hold it on there. it will hurt but can u stand the pain?

so thats "salt and ice tactics" my school sent out a leter caus i guess it was turning up on students and is harder to spot then just cuting urself aaaaahhhhhh good old self mutilation

yeah i forgot to mention it will scar i said it will be there for a week but it will be really noticable within that time.

Dude we've been doing this for years now. All it does is leave some "frost bite" on you. Here's a contest, take a bunch of salt on the top of your hand, then apply the ice cube. Put salt on top as well and see who lasts the longest. It just feels like a pinch, it isn't bad.
