k i just got my new saga suit and it wasnt at all what i expected...its good i like it a lot but its the most basic shell ive ever seen just a really thin mesh liner going thru everything and it dosent have a powder strap of cuffs in the sleeves i also noticed that in the big pocket on the pants theres a hold below the zipper and i dont want my pockets filling up with snow...though they probably wont cause theres a little flap covering that but still just thought people should know that they dont have a powder strap of cuffs at the moment. but lookwise its one of the sickest suits ever and its so baggy:)
do you need a powder skirt when its that baggy...... nobody makes powder cuffs anymore....... and i think u should ski in the suit before you say its too thin.
i dunno....i like insulated jackets....feels warm. You have to put less crap on under too. I am not surprised for their first offering, it will get better as the years go on.
i had a technical sessions jacket, it was sick, it had neither cuffs or a powder skirt. it was a tight fitting coat but i never had a problem with it getting snow up it even at alta. i cant wait to try some saga gear, too bad i missed the first batch.
I'm 6 feet, ca. 181 cm. The suit is super dope, just tighten the jacket and is good to go. The pocket below the big side pocket is where I keep my Snus.
Bo-, are you from No or Swe?
Btw size is XL/XXL
I'm thought you were Swedish because of your nick, and also your name right? Bo?
I'm Norwegian, and here snuff is sniffing tobacco. Snus is what I have in my upper lip. General rocks.
