(freeskier) under my bed this morning and in there it says that in 2002 Line adn Rossignol made skis with grind plates "in order to caotialize on theg roqwing freestlye movement" I didnt know this happened does any one have a pic of these skis???
you're a genious! whenever you slide a rail with any ski, its metal on metal contact. the powair grinds, however, had a reinforced plastic plate and recessed edges, therefore, plastic on metal contact, which slid much faster than a regular ski for the most part.
