Any body fall on stairs way too much

its basically eevery other day i fall going up or down stairs, the worst i can remember is slipping on the top of stairs holding my laptop and not letting go of it and just tumbling down the stairs to my back... lot of pain

i do it all the time in movies. like asfter a movie i always eat shit coming down the stairs it sucks because the stairs at my movietheater are 3 stairs wide stair 3 stairs wide stair, so i cant get the smooth slide its always like a tumble-roll

i fell down the stairs of the 100 level at the arena where ottawa senators play (don't worry i wasn't there cheering for those fags) i was at a lacrosse game- and that hurt like hell- but more later - cause i was drunk at the time. but i did get to be on the jumbotron and won fan of the game- and got "shaft" on VHS for a prize, fuckin sweet.

I hate sneaking into my house late at night because I have to traverse two sets of stairs, and occasionally, since its dark out, I'll either think I'm at the top when I'm not, and kick the top stair really hard, or I'll think I have one more stair to go and fall flat on my face.
