Replying to An interesting night

Started off just like any other. Girlfriend comes over, watch a movie. We decided that a hot tub would be nice, so we take off our cloths and get into the tub. After a good 20 minutes, we get out, dry off and go back inside. As we start getting dressed, she goes "I don't feel so good." Suddenly she starts swaying on her feet a bit. I come over to her and grab onto her, and said something like "stop fucking around." She looks up to me and her pupils dilate really quickly. She then lost consciousness and started shaking in my arms, with me holding her up. I set her on the ground and she came to. I got her some water and bread and she felt alright afterword. She still felt weak when she left. I'm thinking that it was a rush of blood to the head after getting out of hot water, but it seems a little intense for that.
