throw your shoulders and keep looking for the landing, if you grab safety, it helps you with balance and landing, well for me it does. And it makes you look less like an idiot

basically look around and spot your landing, lots of pop as well, onyl wind up if over 7

whichever way u spin make sure you outer arm comes all the way around and keep looking back until u can spot the landing

make sure you get a good pop too or else it'll throw you off, but just keep your head over your shoulders and spot your land i think is really important
