3 mute?

i got the same problem, like my body doesnt wanna go together like that when im spinning.

don't think about the grab for the first few times. just think of getting your skis up close to your hand. then you'll have the feel for it and then you can progress to really grabbing. lean forward because i lot of the time you'll get back seat

If you are having trouble getting the grab then you are probably not yet ready to grab. You should probably practice more. If you are actually solid with your 3s then just reach and grab, there isnt much to it, its all about being comfortable in the air.

practice with a safety grab first...spinning tucked up is totally different than spinning straight up like a mogul air.
once you get the safety grab in it gradually try to cross it up and tweak it out.
3 mutes are a pain in the ass but theyre sweet when you nail em.

Its just about being comfortable doign as trick. I can do mute 3s and tail 3s easier than safety 3s just cuz i dont do them often.
