Whats the most you've had at one time, and what were the effects? I've done 3..it first drives me somewhat insane..then shaking and tingly, and after about an hour, weak and depressed..its really unpleasant.

The problem with Red Bull in Canada is that it's full of caffeine/Taurine, and is marketed as a sports drink. According to Health Canada/whatever the hell they're called now, you cannot just dump caffeine into a sports drink, it has to be 'naturally occuring'. As for the Taurine, it's just banned. You can get Thai Red Bull in Canada, it's not even hard at all depending on where you are. Go to Toronto, hang out at Systems soundbar, and get Red Bull there, or go to Corbetts ski shop in Oakville and buy it for $5 a can(STUPID) or find a small ethnic grocery/convenience store and you'll most likely find some.

yeah that was like one redbull and one rockstar but a rockstar is like 2 red bull its so big..it was acid green piss in the white snow...after the comp..i was pumped for the comp and all i could say was like ' hey man i gotta go bigger' then afterwards i got pretty tired and depressed...it was pretty fucked up

alright red bull is easily available in canda, it is just the thai version, which i wouldnt reccomend to little kids who cant handle caffeine as my friend who can drink 6 caffinated cups of coffee, with little effect, had a resting heartrate over 145 after two thai ones, he was shaking uncontrollably and his veins were bulging like crazy.

i had 5 in 5 minutes at work one day. i had been up for 3 straight days working, after about 15 minutes, my heart felt like it was going to explode and the resting heart rate was HIGH. i went to the break room and fell asleep for 4 hours. other than that it was great.

red bull is for pussies. I buy straight taurine from vitaminshoppe.com it's cheaper and more potent. And really it doesn't matter how much you drink all the shit is water soluble, your body only takes what it needs.
