my mtn. has a lot of them and they get reelly annoying and although there fun sometimes, it sux wen almot every rail is setup tht way

its like a ledge and you kind of have to pop onto them a bit or step on. Depending on height?
It doesnt really help urban unless you make your urban jumps like a foot lower than the rail.
I dunno there cool sometimes, just depends on the rail and how its set up.

at our mountain, when rails are set up, they are mostly ride ons. when u go up north you find alot where u have to ollie onto. i really find that the smaller lips make u a better rider!
