Tahoe or Summit County CO in mid march???

I am planning a trip in mid march and airfare is pretty cheap to both places right now. Where would be better to go this time of year as far as snow conditions go and which will be less crowded w/ springbreakers?? Let me know what you all think??

Summit, its supposed to snow alot really soon, and its not as warm as california...march is colorado's snowiest month
