This is my first year doing freestyle. I'd like to know how to do certain brabs. Like grabbing where is ______________ kind of grab. I don't know shit. Someone enlighten me.
- Safety: Grabbing the ski under your boot with under hand.
- Tailgrab: grabbing the outside tails of your ski (not exactly on the tip, thats true tail) can be crossed or un-crossed
- Mutegrab: crossing your skis and grabb the ski above the binding (higher for more tweak) i.e. cross your skis left over right, and bring your knees up, then grab your left ski which should be on the right side now right above your toe-binding piece.
And theres others but those are pretty much the basics.
truck driver= doubles safety but farther out toward the tips, preferably legs strait
cruton/japical/double japan= right hand behind right leg to grab inside edge of left ski at the heelpiece while taking left hand to do inside left edge by toepiece
If you know what a cork is, and how to throw it, bio is the same but forwards. Corks are thrown downwards and backwards, bios are throw downwards and forwards.
tuck, grab front side of ski and back side other ski. So your left hand is grabbing your right ski and your right hand is grabing your left ski behind you. I don't know what its called. But if Its new I claim it. It is also possibe to do, cuz I did it. Hopefuly it is a new trick but if it isn't then life goes on.
