what happens when you drink too much water is your blood becomes hypotonic to your blood cells meaning there is more salt dissolved in the fluid in your blood cells than in the fluid around the cells. the water moves into the cell to balance it out and the cells swell and sometimes rupture, if you drink gatorade instead or at least like a gatorade every now and then between large amounts of water you should be ok

yeah drink a ton of water.... it is almost impossible to drink too much water, you basically need to have popped a shitload of E, or trained to drink water by stretching your stomach. if you drink 3 gallons a day, and run alot and are really active, you can have your whole blood stream cleared of thc in under a week, and it normally takes two
they sometimes do hair tests though which you cant pass unless you cleanse your whole body and then wax every bit of hair off.

Take like 1500 mg's of niacin. It flushes out your system. Take it right before going to sleep though, or it will be hell for about 4 hours. Your skin will get all red and itchy. It's really bad.
