does anyone else have there shins killl after skiing. i know it can be from casing or having your boots to tight but i usually avoid both of those and my shins still hurt like fuck. its rediculous now because everytime i go to learn something new and i fall or something it feels like my shins are about to burn away or blow up. any recommendations to fix this. i have tried ice but it hasnt been to succesfull
