start skiing switch at first dont 180 like a couple feet before the jump that will screw your speed look over the shoulder you want to spin with dont wind up before spinning and if you are about to zero as soon as you feel your boots leaving the ground look back at the lip

i just ski the same speed as i do regular, but make sure to start switch like the kid said above, look over your shoulder and just take off i cant explain that much better, just try it on something small and get bigger

just ski switch and if you are looking backwards when you go off the jump you will naturally rotate around. Get confident skiings switch first the hit small hits and work your way up... Whatever you do do not turn before you get off the jump.

practice carving switch to. it will help you feel more comfortable and youll be able to commit more. staying commited and NOT snowplowing is the key. alot of peopl snowplow when they try skiing switch and it fucks you up. just have a friend tell you if you are snowplowing or not, cuz sometimes its hard to tell.

ya im having problems learning it too, i always seems to tilt off axis and land on my side. I dont feel any pop at all i just kinda roll off the lip, i definately go a lot smaller. It feels really awkward

try to make sure both skis are on the same edge...i.e. don't v-bomb it. if you try to take off in a switch snowplow one of your skis is most likely going to rip off (from experience). learn to carve switch

dont lean forward like a lot of people ride, ull go off axis and die. stay in the center of ur boot. the hardest part is to pop/start spining at the good timing , because to fast, your skis get caught

It's way easier to carve switch if you are center mounted. Also, try to turn your whole upper body so you have some kind of vision... this makes me way more comfortable going fast. When I'm just looking out of the corner of my eye, I get all sketched out.

stagger your feet and dont spin too early or your tips will dig in and you'll get fudged
