Small situation...any help??

So this isnt a big deal, jw what u think i should do....but i ordered a phone off ebay WED. I payed like $15 more to get 1-day shipping cuz i am leaving on vaca tomorrow(sun). So i figured id get it activated and my plan put on it right by sunday.....well its saturday and still no phone.. i sent an email friday and one today...he hasnt responded...normally i could care less but i needed this phone b4 vaca...UGHHH
