leanr them on a kinked box, and begin to spin before you jump. So when you do jump you just carry the same spin you had on the rail or box

Learn zero spin switch ups first, then move on the front/backside switch ups.

when i learned them..i just thought of doing a 180 when going sideways...i would practice on the slope before i would go try it...just keep your skis rotating the 180 until you get them around to be back on the box/rail...just commit too

to learn blind switch ups, make sure you start to turn up the rail a bit, the look back untill you can almost see the rail again and pop really rard, make sur you get your following ski over the rail, otherwise it results in backward castoration
All times are Eastern (-5)
