Girl help!

Ok, so there is this girl that I really really like. I mean, I have never been so sure about liking someone before. Anyway, yesterday I asked her out over the weekend and she said sunday works. That was as far as we got because she needed to go to class. Anyway, I see her today, and she says nothing to me. Just sort of a glance in my direction and thats it. Pretty much, Im clueless as to whats going on. Should I try to ask her whats going on, or do you think it is better to leave her alone for a while?
I also just texted her friend to ask her if she was mad at me, and have not gotten any response yet.

Yeah you pretty much screwed yourself over with your attitude and it turned out more or less exactly as I would've expected... and exactly as it will every time you behave that way more or less... so yeah. You owned yourself. That's gotta suck.

This whole thing reminded me of a quote:

Really, though, it's your fault as much as hers; if you send signals of being weak, nervous, anxious, worried, overthinking things, etc. etc. etc. which have all been obvious since you first posted this on the internet (there's a clue right there), you're doomed before you even start. This is a lesson everyone must learn at some point. Best you learn before any more college slips by because you're missing opportunities left right and center. Change of attitude would help.

the one thing I dont understand from the quoat though is that it doesnt mention anything about Tom being anxious ro worried or anything.

in this situation, she says yes but she is not so sure, but she just wants to see what happens with you and what you end up doing????

I dont see how my situation is intellectual whoredom though. i thought you were saying that I screwed myself over being nervous or whatnot. or are you saying that this may help me get with this piticular girl, even though we are now "just friends"?

No. You don't understand at all. You need to spend more time on that site. Girls do not like guys who behave that way, and you seem to have an extreme case of being Beta (ie: not Alpha). So you screwed yourself over. But she's also a bitch for fucking with you. That's how it's both your fault and hers.

Yer, probably that, but not planning, girls know nothing about this junk and it just happens that way. Most of them don't even see it as a bad thing, they need someone to lean on or whatever. I doubt she had any sort of plan going into it. Just wanted to see where it could go. You led it nowhere good with the attitude you took in.

my trouble with that site, is that no matter what, I beleve that if you are a good person, good things will happen. I see plenty of decent guys get alot of good ass. it just doesnt make sense.

No, no... let me be clear, you're about 95% screwed and you're better off looking elsewhere than trying to get with this girl, it's just not likely to happen and even if it did it'd be too much work. And get out of the mindset that it's nice guys or not nice guys... you might think the guys you're talking about are nice, and they might be... but they're probably not WEAK nice. It's mostly about confidence.

ok, thats what I thought. but what about the whore avoidance thing? whats that for? or thats for my situation, it is just alot of work?

I mean what if I gave har a card on valentines day saying "I like you too much just to be friends, do you want to give it another try at dating?" or something like that? -is that a kicked in the face situation?

If you keep trying it won't get you anywhere and it'll just cause you more irritation and humiliating rejection. Just get the fuck over her, stop talking to her if she starts explicitly IWing you, and go find some other girl to go after. I'm told there are about 3 billion of them out there.

im trying to figure out, you said it would take alot of work. or did you mean to say as far as you can tell its impossible?

Basically it's impossible. There's like a 5% chance of something happening maybe. But keeping that hope alive is just not even worth it. I wouldn't even stay friends with the girl, I can tell right now you're not going to let this shit go, and she's just going to use you. Drop her, don't talk to her, don't see her, avoid avoid. That's my advice. Go find someone else, seriously. The best thing for you is to get it out of your head, right now, that you'll ever get with her. Otherwise you'll learn a painful lesson over a long period of badness.

At this point, maintaining hope is your biggest enemy. Just drop it and move on.

naw theres nothing wrong with wanting a relationship. I mean it helped me forget about her.
