both, really funny yet really sad. someone did this actually but not with a sign there was this white dog that these people found and they spray painted free on it, but then after awhile the police found its owner.

i find it funny...if it was a dog that would be sick. like 5 months ago i was comin home from the ortho and there was a dog on the ground w/ blood pouring out of his mouth, a cop and some guy next to the dog and some guy that looked pissed casue his car was covered in blood
