Should I use PVC? Can I make it with metal without welding? Should i just buy one??

if ur makin a box pvc will b fine if ur makin a rail id go with metal if u can

I was thinking to make a rail with wood supports but a metal top that you slide on. I think Im gunna make a flat-down. Is this a good idea. Does anyone know a site with instructions??

There are at least 9213 threads on this in the last month. Read one of those, figure it out yourself (it's not hard, are you people really that stupid?) or join the build-a-jib cult, and get blueprints people have already made. And for goodness sakes, USE THE SEARCHBAR
