WTF is a pole stall

I heard someone talk about this on a forum once. Is it even a real move? If so what is it like a hand plant with a pole

its called a pole snag, its when you snag your ski with the basket of your pole and tweak it out with different varitions, such as snagin the tip and tail with both poles, snagin both tips with both boles, or just one pole, one ski, one sick move.

I saw a boarder try a tree jib but the ramp up wasn't vert enough so he just ran into a tree and his friends were like "yo dude that was tottaly dope, man. Word." Thats when I switched to skiing

is it when you're in a pipe, and you air out a little bit, and rotate around your pole which is planted on the lip? i've never done it nor have i seen it done, could be lame, i don't know. but it makes sense to me.
