I hear some complaining of the PE scraching up easy, are they a shitty ski or were they being skier on by shitty skiers

ptex topsheet, so ya, they will get scratched. but last time i looked, scratches on the topsheet don't affect how you ski.

if you slam your skis together when u cross em' then you will get some damage on the topsheets but again doesnt affect the base. bottom line if you want a pair of PEs that look good buy 2 pairs and ski hard on 1 pair and use the other for display.

just cover the scratch up with stickers...

either that, or get the rossi scratches... which Ironically dont scratch..

You buy skis to USE them, USING them will give you scratches...stop being such pussys.

I think they chip on the top sheet edges. There's several listings on Ebay including bindings and the seller makes a note about it showing the scratches more than other skis. Note that he is selling skis from a rental fleet.
