Adware and spyware

i have spyware and adware and i found all the files but cant delete them. for the spyware it says cannotdelete from source file or disk. and for the adware i get Access is denied make sure the disc is not full write-protected and that file is not currently in use. any clue how to delete them

Well it sounds like you aren't doing this through an anti-adware program. So I suggest using Adaware and Spybot. But the reason you can't delete them on your own is that they are currently running. If you can kill the programs or start in safe mode, you probably can delete them yourself.

im doing it throught spy sweeper and it says that i have to manually delete these

Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy both work well in my and my friends experience. i also got the new microsoft spyware beta thing, it works pretty good as well. spybot can be got at www.download.com

spy sweeper is the best along with spyware doctor. i recomend that you make sure that they arent viruses and then i would use the command prompt to get rid of the files. i know the concepts of how to do it. its not that hard. message me if you want to give it a shot
