My roommate made an interesting point about rap this evening. People are always waiting for "the new album to come out" and you never hear rap from three years ago, just goes to show how disposable this "music" is.

We were listing to some rap on the way home from the bar tonight and the guy who was writing the lyrics had the mental capactiy of a 4th grader. I just couldn't believe how stupid it was.

i don't know about the one in houston, but there is a third coffee shop at one of the other corners at the same intersection with the two starbucks in vancouver. and they all do business.

there was a poston this a few weeks back and it still scares me shitless to think that people can try to get other people to live by rules of life thought of by a random dude 2000 years ago and then written by other randoms after the first guy was dead. (not that some of those things wernt right, but i mean the evolution one? wtf mate?)

and even then most of beer is water so ur in the clear :)

you do know that if ur drinking only water that if you filter it through a brita or something you care taking out nutrients your body needs.

sure it may taste worse straight outta the tap but it comes with alot of good stuff u need.

so i try and drink some tap and brita water to balance it out. thats why bottled water is good but tap water gives you nutrients.

i have a RO (reverse osmosis) filter that will take out 100% of nutrients in the tap. it has roughly 310 PPM (parts per million) in mytap. those are nutrients withint the natural tap water, when i flush it through my 5 stage RO filter it will become around 3-5 PPM, then if i choose i can send it through DI (De-Ionization) stage and take EVERYTHING OUT, making it 0 PPM. perfect for my crops :)

My cousion's husband was the head of the Canadian Food inspection agency back when Sunny D was first comming to market... 10 years ago ish? and he was telling me about how bad it was. I remember him telling me that Vitamin B1 is added, not for nutritonal value, but to change the colour of the beverage from grey to orange.
