First rail i built

i used sawhorse brackets to attach the 2x4 to the legs, i hope this idea works well, any thoughts?

thats high quality, next time save a little cash (that looks like 50 bucks almost) and drill at an angle so you don't have the holes on top. (doesn't matter but you know)

That will be good for learning stuff. At least you made it right. Usually when I'm building something I get inpatient and slap it together and it gets about half use it would if I would have made it right.

yea, i wasnt sure where to put the end legs. well, i argued with my bro who i made it with. I wanted them closer to the ends but he succeeded in making it less stable.

i dont want to move em b/c i would have to take off al of the screws holding the pvc pipes on, about 25 screws, and half of them are stripped, b/c i suck at using the drill

i don't understand why you'd have to unscrew the pvc to move the supports, couldn't you just unclamp them and slide them a couple feet?

i dont know what you mean by saving $ by drilling at an angle...

and id have to take all the pvc pipes off b/c theres a countered screw kinda thing that goes from the top of the 2x4 down into the sawhorse bracket clamp things, it cost me $40

i have two extra 1" pvc pipes, but id have to buy mroe 2x4 and another sawhorse

it may need some cross bracing so it doesn't collapse. looks like a fun rail though. i've always wanted a triple pvc rail for learning bigger spins on.

you might want to make it (just like a 4 ft 2x4) wider as a bos on the 3 supports. it will help unbelieveably not tip.. its worth it to just throw 3 pieces on the base so it wont tip

the c was built with 2x10' 2x4s, 1x10' 2x6, 2x10' pvc pipes, a few screws, and about a week of time

it kinda sucked tho cuz we (me and another guy) had to carry it from my house to his, cuz i have no room for it here. SO we built it here, then carried it like a ten minute walk to his house. it sucked. but now its there, and in winter ill post a vid of us hittin it up. we also have a 10' flat rail we made last year

although that looks stable it will break. you need lateral supports or else the suports will just fall off and separate from the rail. u dont need much
