CheddarJackI've been doing some hiking recently. Critiques are welcome!
zbphotoI have a question, would you be interested and if so what would you pay for an 8x10 or 13x19 print of photos like this (shipped)? I have a new website coming soon and I'm trying to gage interest on print sales.
dbchiliHonestly, probably not. These are good photos don't get me wrong, but you have either have pros in them or be exceptionally artistic for people to like them enough to hang on their walls, and frankly they probably have to be both.
I'm speaking for me, who knows maybe someone would pay money for that, but I don't think the general market would pour in for them. The one print i've actually bought and still hang in my living room to this day is this, and i think it fulfills both of the criteria:
1337Been shooting some panoramas lately
loganimlachin all seriousness, whats the native res on that file? I would pay you for it to get a print made.

And yesterday morning was opening day at Sugarloaf, and the lighting was fucking awesome. Busted out a 50 and captured happy people. These are my two favorites based on the lighting, colors and composition

DILLINGERHate to blow my own whistle, but after months of hard work the magazine project is finally up and running!

zbphotoLooks awesome! One thing, you could probably raise your price on the prints. $20 USD is pretty low for that size, when compared to $16 for the magazine. I mean it all depends on your target audience and the quality of the print, not sure if these are actual inkjet photo prints or laser posters?
Final series for my photographic print class; Port Lands district of Toronto.
These are printed 21x21" on 24x24" inkjet paper.
Shot on my Mamiya C330, 80mm f/2.8, Portra 160, Epson V750
loganimlachzack, i may not know a ton about all of the rules of photography or the scope of your class, but that whole set is just sickeningly bland. it doesn't look like you took any time on composition at all, nor any straightening in post. for a final project, on portra, you could have shot on a day where the sky wasn't so bland. i feel bad that you spent so much time developing those.
