I am in the market for new boots. I ski about 70% backcountry(big cliffs, kickers) and 30% park. The boots I am looking at are the new 1080 foils for $350 and new pro model gun for $599. Is the extra $250 worth it to get the boot that is more made for what I ski or do you think that the 1080 will do fine in both conditions? The flex index difference is only 10, 85/95.
