What do you have more respect for, someone who can spin all four ways onto a standerd flat or flat-down box? Or someone who slides a 15 foot stair standerd down rail?

I agree. Sliding a down rail is just sliding a down rail. But if you can spin all four ways onto a box...you got skills!

a fifteen stair rail is really no big deal, spinning all 4 ways onto a box is way cooler than a small rail. urban rails aren't that cool unless a. they are super big and gnarly or b. they have serious consequence.

sliding down a down rail, no matter where it is, requires the same amount of talent and ability. if you can slide down one rail, you can slide down another. its the same thing, different place. but being able to spin all four ways onto a box, and be able to pinpoint it, requires a whole different set of skills. plus, you have to be able to slide after you spin on top of that. and both ways. consistently. im definitly down for someone that can spin all four ways.

you need to ski in a bigger park then. or you need to have skis with no edges, then it doesnt matter.
im thinking im leaning towards people who can spin all four ways. it is more technical. not just an adjustment of balance.
