So I was just recently informed that 2 kids, both seniors were killed in a car accident today. There were no drugs or alcohol involved either. Just shit luck and bad timing. I didn't really know either of them, although had talked with one as he was on my football team. I guess the reason im writing this is more of a warning than a cry for sympathy. Never take your life for granted, it can be snatched away from you in an instant. Live your life to the fullest every day. If you have been debating trying something new, or hitting that huge table, just do it. You may never get another chance. Someone once said "In the end, the things you most regret are the chances you never took."

I am fortunate to be born in Canada and be raised by great parents and have a good life, but it has had it ups and downs, such as almost drowning in a lake and being able to ski at Whistler every year rather than being born in Africa staving, hungry, very little water

Yeah I've come close quite a few times. And the countless nights in highschool and college driving/riding in cars with shitfaced people rallying down backroads, playing with explosives, doing countless stupid ass stunts. I'm quite lucky to be alive and only have about 50 scars

the closest I have came to death was when I over shot the first jump in the right line at Copper by 30 feet. that shit pretty much broke my nerve so now I sit on my pc and eat. my life sucks

last fall during my senior year a kid in my class was killed in a car crash. Many people say he wwas street racing and when he crashed the other kids ran. Later we found out that he had surived the crash and ended up dying because he did not get help right away. Kind of puts life in perspective.

Yea i lost my best friend in a car accident bout a year and half ago, deff changed the way i think about shit, waay more likely to just go for shit now cuz i dont care about the end result, cuz really in the end everyone just dies anyways, might as well go out hard

I have a completely different perspective on life now. David Cherry was one of my best friends, and now he's dead and it's just so much different now. This just proves that it can happen to anyone since I can think of a ton of people that were more likely to die soon than he was.

Yeah, he'll be missd a lot. I was kind of hoping I wouldn't have to go to a friend's funeral for at least another 30 years, but that's not the case anymore.
