Replying to Bindings, help ns!

OK. i need your help to make my final choices before placing my order for new skis! I am 5'8 and 145 lbs. I ski 80% all mountain 20% park.

I've pretty much decided to get the new pe's. But i really dont know which bindings to get, or WHERE to mount them. My local store only carrys salomon bindings and they dont know crap about this stuff when i tried to ask em.

Right now i've been looking at the rossi scratch 140 ti and the look px12 ti with lifters.

The folks at backcountry told me i should get the look px12, but i wasnt sure about the lifters or how that would effect my style of skking. They also said to mount them at +2, would u guys agree?

SO...in short
1. Which binding (opn to others too)?
2. Lifters ok?
3. where should i mount them?
