Binding mounted for a 28 boot, will it work for a 27?

I have a pair of skis that are mounted to a size 28 boot however the new boots im getting fit me best in a 27, will i need to remount the bindings for one size smaller boot? the bindings are power 120s if that matters

no dude, you can adjust the heelpiece, take it to a good shop with your boots and they should do it for you for free.

The boot size isn't what matters, it's the sole size. Look/rossi bindings are adjustable within a few mm range, so if your boot sole lengths are close to the same it should be fine. But that's not guaranteed. I have a pair of bindings mounted that fit one pair of my boots but not the other and both pairs are size 29.
