Replying to Scratch Problem

Hey, I just got my scratches in, and it is like one of them is shit....the base is not smooth, the edges are not smooth, and they are wavy...the shit ski is like thicker than the other, and the top layer of the ski comes out farther than the base in the front. I bought off a shop employee form...(real cheap) so I don't know if I can get them exchanged..anyone know anything about this?....If I can't get them exchanged...mabey I can just stone grind the base, and sand down the edges. but it is not just some little thing, it is really bad
