how water proof are they

i'm not digging the red thing but if they came in a differnt color then they would be cool

aww i need a cool signature so i can be cool so ever one will like me if i had a cool signature then if i like saw some chicks from ns they would be like hey theres the kidd with the cool signature let give him a blow job and it would be like the hotest chick on ns hey this is kinda starting to look like a signature dang well i geuss i have a cool signature makeing this signature usless becacase u have a cool signature but if i delete in then i wont so i would need it think about that one almost filled now

They do come in a dif color. Look at the other pictures and click on 'em. I'm thinking if it says "Kinda Waterproof" that you can expect it to be less than 5,000mm. So yeah, not very. Like a pair of wind pants or something.

I skied pretty much the same pant last year. I forget which model I have but I think it retailed for around $120, so maybe it was the model above these. Basically they were real comfortable cuz they are cut like jeans, and great for everyday skiing, even in fairly cold weather. The only problems I ran into were in deep snow and whenever I had to sit in the snow for a while. With prolonged contact to snow they started to absorb the moisture and after a while become pretty heavy. They never got so bad that they were soaked, but I definitely would have appreciated something waterproof. Finally, the material isn't the best in terms of durability, my boots and my edges cut a few small holes and like an idiot I fell in an icy parking lot and the spot they hit the asphalt tore open. If you are lookin' to ride this pant for a year and then toss it, then its real comfortable, but for the price I'd rather spend a lil' more and get something that will go at least 2 seasons.
