So I installed this new hard drive yesterday and re-installed XP and everything, but now after about 15min when I try to access any page it simply times out and does not reach anything...However, MSN still works and my torrents are still downloading, and I've tried with both NEtscape and IE, so its not just the type of browser. Any help???????

ive had that problem before. if it is what i think it is then your isp's web index server went down, meaning you are still connected, just you cant get to and sites because there is nothing to match the url to the ip adress so if thats it, you are fucked till they fix it.

would that be my service provider? And it's not because it's prefectly fine on the other computer. And if I restart it it works fine for 15 min again. But it sems better now, I set a lower upload rate on my torrent client, maybe that was why...
