yea, i think that the Bible, when it comes to this kind of thing, is a pretty reliable source.

but let me reitterate: how is this significant at all? 666, 616, really, whatever. who cares? this still means the beast has a number. if you mean to say that the Bible may have been mis translated in this case, it doesn't really matter at all.

apparently, the Koran doesn't say 71 virgins wait for you in heaven when you die as a martyr, but 71 raisins do...
