French ski/apparel companies

im doing a presantation on american/global influence in the french ski market. i'm already planning to discuss the quiksilver-rossignol merger and the adidas-salomon merger. i was wondering if anybody knows of any french companies in the ski industry that have been affected by american commerce in the past decade.

i think there no real french companie it all made in USA... there only ARM-X for what I know.

american influence on the ski market...Other than progressing the sport and bringing up the park scene and freestyling in general, they dont have much influence...

orage is from quebec.
dynastar is owned by rossignol, so it doesn't really count.
