Replying to Photoshop help

does anybody know how to do one of these things?

first, how do you make an image look like it has been taken with a wide angel lens (ive heard it called as a fish eye). what i mean is so things are bigger in the middle than the outside, if that makes sense..


the second is this. have you ever seen oakley sunglasses with those gold/orange lenses? i want to make a picture look like it would if it was reflecting off of the lenses (it makes everything a really cool orange/gold)
