how the hell do you get started? im looking at my last year of racing and im consedering trying skier cross but how do you get started? and it doesn't look like there are to many races in B.C. Do you just sign up and they let you in? if anyone has got some info ill be very happy to hear it

i raced in the mount snow ridercross series(and won) for two years in a row. just look for and/or call event hotlines of local mountains and ask them, sign up for some ameteur races and hope you get noticed, the ridercross was too ameteur though so nobody noticed me

oh.. yeah... definately check web pages and stuff... call the places, they are usually good at giving the info you need. around here you fill out a sheet and pay some money, its pretty simple most of the time
