i fucked up on a q.p and laid way back, and now my knees feel all shakey and achey. anyone every felt this before. they dont hurt they just feel like they cant support my weight/

ya ive had that before....sit down and ice them....then get a good nights sleep and jump in the old hot-tub if u have one,,,if not soak in the tub.
it should only be there for like 1 day that badly and then sortof for the rest of the second day..if it persists,then see a local doctor but it doesnt sound serious
hot things and colds things are your knees best friend.trust me

yeah thats normal but if it last a longgg time id get it checked out, usualy only lasts for a while right after, its not so much an injury, but more of a nervous thing

ya... well i got bad knees but i got the feeling a lot. I hate it, it usually bugs me the most like after i get up from sitting a long time its just so achey and it hurts to stand up.
