Replying to Great liability story

so i have a pair of rossi power 120 bindings, and on one of them the brakes are a bit out of whack but it doesnt affect performance AT ALL, so i bring the bindings in to the local shop to get them mounted on a new pair of skis because i cant afford new bindings, i get a call about 1 hour after dropping them off and the guy at the shop tells me he cant work with the bindings because it is considered broken. So after getting a whole liabilty speech from this guy i finaly was able to convince him to at least drill the holes for me and ill mount them myself, BUT i still have to sign a whole bunch of liabilty shit even though all they are doing is making some holes! liability is a fuckin joke!
