i was in mammoth, and my chronics just couldnt take the pow, when i got on the 185 pocket rockets, damn those things were light for fat twins, so light i could spin sooooo much with em, it was fun just to go off a huge jump and spin like crazy and land in the pow

i own a pair of pocket rockets, and i like em a lot but i dont dig them as a powder ski, i use em for like my park ski so i remounted them and what not, maybe its because im a little bigger but i love the seth pistols compared to the rockets, which are still a great ski dont get me wrong.

I skied on rockets for a season, they are decent in the pow because they are soft but they just arnt fat enough for me, plus they are way too soft for charging variable conditions

my friend demo'd some pocket rockets at mammoth this weekend too. I traded him my spatulas for 2 runs and the pocket rockets were pretty fun, not as good in the pow as my spats (nothing compares). But the pocket rockets are really light and fun in chewed up stuff, very easy to spin.
