Hey,
After viewing most of the entries (at lest part of them), i've come to a few conclusions. I'm not sure if this is the best place to post these, or who I is responsible for the contest, but here are some things I've noticed.
1) 3-5 minutes is way too long for an edit. I got incredibly bored watching the majority of the edits after the first 2 minutes. I proposed limiting the videos to 2-3 minutes at most. This will force people to cut all the filler crap out, and just display the good stuff.
2) Music Choice. Yah, i realize that all the artists were based on the K2 ski models. However, these artists suck for edits. Very few people were able to pull it off and still make it look go. I understand that it's your contest, and you can do whatever you want... but requiring the edits to be of certain artists, or even certain genres is really taking away from the creativity and originality of the editor. Let people battle it out for the best song.
Maybe the next Round will be better.
