We are embarking on a completely updated plan for our terrain parks this winter. In essence, kicking the old “park” out and taking on something totally new… totally unfiltered. We were talking with Jonahs, our park designer and manager, and he convinced us that incorporating features into the mountain’s natural topography is a perfect, clear fit. [...]

This weekend, the first snow of the season fell at Alpine Meadows! The first snow is always exciting – and gets everyone in the mood to ski and ride. Today is a beautiful, sunny day at the mountain, and what a view great view of the north side of Alpine!

Alpine Meadows Ski Resort plans to open for skiing and snowboarding on December 5, 2009, conditions permitting. One can’t help to become speechless on such an unbelievable powder day.  With 34 inches of snow from this storm cycle; 13 inches on the upper mountain last night, and to put the icing on the cake, it was a blue bird powder day!  Everyone had a smile on his/her face.  How could you not?  [...]
