March 19, 2009 – Sun Peaks, BC – The state of the shred is alive and well at Sun Peaks with 53 athletes showing up to compete at the Shredidential Election '09 this past Sunday. Competitors came from all over all over British Columbia, and as far away as Toronto, Ontario.

The Shredidential Election '09 Slopestyle presented by Oronge drops on Sunday, March 15 at Sun Peaks Resort! The advanced terrain park will be the setting for this competition. No worries though for the younger riders, because the Terrain Park crew is putting in secondary lips on the large jumps to make them smaller for the younger athletes. This doesn't by any means change the level of competition for the more advanced entrants.

February 25, 2009 – Sun Peaks, BC – With 98 competitors, participants from as far away as Saskatchewan, and the age span going from 11 to 33 the Garden has been deemed a success by Oronge and the Sun Peaks Terrain Park crew.

That’s right it is time to get your stoke on if you're planning on doing a few laps in the Sun Peaks Terrain Parks this winter. We’ve come through again with a bunch of improvements for the 2008-09 winter season!
