Subject: Early opening rumors?
I heard Nov 20 is a possibility, which would make sense with the amounts of snow were getting but then again its Bigwhite.

I could see it happeneing. I toured around the resort today and there was about 3.5 feet of snow at the top of easter chutes. The snow was super creamy...I just wished i had waxed my skis before i went haha.

is there a supportive layer? or were you punching threw alot. thinking bout giving the legs a work out soon.
It was an easy skin up, but if your goign to boot pack it would be really tough. However its supposed to warm up and then freeze so the snow pack will most likely become solid.

there is potential with a melt freeze for a weak layer to form, it really depends on the next snow fall and how it consolidates. i'm heading up around noon today if anyone is down for a skin. i'll have bright greenish/yellow paints, a blue coat, black gogs, konflict boots and ep pro's or if your in town and want to come along send me a message and i can prolly hook you a ride.
I may have a few days off later this week if you wanna go for a short tour. Send me a pm if your not working or anything.
I would be perferctly okay with a full mountain opening on November 20th.....Does that seem unreasonable? hahaha....
