can someone please explain this to me, because this kind of music makes absolutly no sense. it sounds like a bunch of completly random loud noises that have no taste. theres not much rhythm and deffinetly not any kind of melody. i enjoy listening to pretty lights, sts9, a little mau5, but some of this shit is worse then hardcore Job For  a Cowboy rock. but there is a mass appeal to it here and i feel like im missing out on something...

you must listen loud and with lots of bass. dubstep is all about the bass.

once your listening on the proper set up you really get into by listening to the snare go to a 1 2 time.

believe me you'l like one song and then get hooked and start liking lots more.

its an acquired taste for sure. dubstep really is characterized by the drums (snare on the third note), anything else is just extra. a good dubstep song has to have a good drum line. The wobble bass, which i personally fucking love, is just icing on the cake.
