At this moment it is snowing at holiday valley. I'm super stoked. Just thought I would share.
know if there going to set up any early season boxes or rails?

No idea, I have asked but no response yet.

Im pretty sure they havent even tested up or fired any of the snow making equipment
i know they havent really hired too many snow making crew or mountain ops people yet outside of the normal full timers

hard to say when its 50+ out?
somebody told me that projected opening was november 15th which is about a week ahead of last year, obviously that would be great if it happens
burn it off the internet and bump it outside

yeah the dude i talk to at City Garage says they usually are open the day after TG, but last year was a week early. So hopefully we get dumped on in the next week or so so they can start makin snow.
I was actually going to go to the job fair today but I live like 40 mins away and figured its not worth workin the weekends for 100 bucks when Id rather take that 40 min ride and SKI! (any advice? I want to do it cuz hopefully they would discount my seasons, but on the other hand I would prob have to work weekends (as I have a full time desk jockey job) and I would rather just ski all day)
They better be building some shit for early season...I dont want to ski the Glades everyday and hit random booters to flat landings!
PS...who down to do this with me? --Charge the wall and launch it and see how far down you can get lol. Ive always had that crazy idea but seems way too sketch with all the moguls.
--Sorry random thoughts by Chad lol

if by charge the wall you mean land on sheets of ice then yes go for it
holiday wont discount your seasons for any reason, i live in cheektowaga and will most likely be working there this winter for my seasons/ some hours but i also have people that live down there so i can room with them on weekends etc. its not as bad as you might think driving there just sucks if you close and drive home at 1am through lake effect snow blowing across the 219 :)
