Really nice place. The flat box is nice, decent jump on, nice box. The jump onto the dfd is pretty funky. Big lib and from the front.
The kickers themselves are pretty sick, probably the most legit snowflex jump landing ive ever seen. Looks just like a nice winter landing from a big jump, with a nice 1/4 pipe at the end for you to blast into.
The takeoffs themselves are interesting. Not to bad, but im not really used to the stuff.
The pop on the kickers killed me. Only 6 foots tall, not a very long transition, about 25 to the knuckle maybe 30. Can take it 40 plus though. It kind of has the ski jump feel, you come flying down the hill and then just get booter. not much of a flat area to level out, and def a very steep tranny for something you hit that fast.
Also i came at it entirely to fast because it was raining and i guess that makes you go faster than the sprinklers normally do. I booted myself into the backseat, went about half way down the landing and ate it hard.
Jumps probably feel pretty nice if you hit it right the first time, but after getting wrecked i decided to stick to the rails and the 1/4 rest of the day. Def a nice place though.
Only 5 bucks an hour, and we rode for extra. There building some more trail width and little offshoots as well as some new jibs.
Would def go back in the summer though

I am a little sore, Sunday is more of a possibility. I forgot how hard landings are in WNY.
I wish the lighting at night was a little better. It's hard to get good pictures. Oh well, there's an actual base, and everything's pretty nice right now. I'm liking this place more and more.

just got back from going. Went for the first time, it was sick. Fuck the boarder though, took an hour to get what should have been 15 minutes home. +1 for the guy who asked me how to get to chads from the bottom of alta too lol

ive been thinking, would anybody be interested in a niagara snowpark cult? it could get pretty big seeing how many skiers go up there.

im not knocking it, I just know little cults never work out from experience. Everyone just ends up checking the thread in regionals for info. I believe it would be more successful just to keep this thread active. Fuck i need to find a way to get back to that place!

how realistic would it be to have one of these in a lot of towns? The snow is from an ice rink right?
Park skiing allows skiers to enjoy skiing without good snow and terrain. It is better to be a park skier then to not a skier at all. Most of these kids would be shredding powder if they could be. ~nomensteven
