Since everybody loves Tom, he and I came up with a fun idea last week. From today until Friday, ask Mr. Wallisch anything you want in this thread, whether it be his thoughts on skiing, style, his upcoming season or how the near extinction of the Tibetan antelope affects him personally.
On Friday we'll shut down the question period and over the course of next week Tom will pick his favorites and we'll publish his answers in the news during the week of December 8th.

In your opinion, which came first: the chicken, the egg, or the tall tee?

how has growing up skiing in Maryland and Pennsylvania influenced your skiing today, and who were your main influences growing up skiing in those places?
Also how old were you when you kinda realized that you were going somewhere with skiing and might be doing this the rest of your life?
Honestly how did you do school wise and did you skip to go skiing a lot

Berman, Freedle, and Decker all told me that your skiing is like a video game. Do you see yourself that way?
If you were on the road with Henrik and he was trying to decide between eating sour gummy worms or one large piece of cheesecake for dinner, which would you recommend? (when answering, keep in mind that you will encounter no Taco Bell restaurants on your journey)

Realistically, how long do you see yourself in skiing's spotlight? Guys like JP, Douglas, McConkey and Morrison have been in films for over a decade now, do you see yourself skiing professionally 10 years down the road? Do you think you'll have to change your style of riding to keep up with the times? Or even stop skiing park and urban, which seems to happen to so many skiers as they get older?

ok i consider you as the god of rails, so my question is obviously your still adding to your bag of tricks but how long did it take you to feel so comfy on rails, and how long did you spend practicing when you were younger, did you rock out on the summer set up, or just solid winters?

Good question!
Along those lines Tom, I know your Dad is extremely supportive and very proud of you however, I know he would also like you to stay in school and earn a degree. Ideally in his footsteps in law. What are your thoughts long term?
Just shred now and figure it out later?
Or do you have field that you can see yourself in later in life.
